This is very expensive product! and be careful because there's no way of knowing how many credits you are using as you are using them , especially if you're using claw to do things for you, also, be careful that you have a backup of all of the information that you share, because if you run out of credits, you will not have access to any of your notes. don't let the application, build websites and tools on its own survey.Make sure that you have full control and that everything is placed onto yo
Don't bother. 0 stars if i could. EVERY THING is behind a paywall. i generated 2 images to test it out. after 2, I have to pay 25 a month just to continue using the app. cant talk to the bot either, not without credits that I have to pay for. there are other apps that allow free use that resets daily.
Zero response from customer service. It doesn't exist. Instead of the generator creating new images when mistakes were made and I requested new images, they were editing/fixing images, which in turn caused drastic reductions in credits. I went from thousands of credits to a few hundred in just a day or two. Way more than what it costs to create an image. Cannot get a hold of a human. Customer service emails go unanswered and I'm left with wasted money. Choose a better service. Thank me later.
I encountered a severe technical bug on Genspark ai, where the system got stuck in an infinite loop, completely draining 6250 credits (60% of my paid Plus subscription) on a single prompt with zero output. I have sent multiple emails to their designated support addresses with all the required evidence and session links, but I received absolutely no response or follow-up! It has been a very bad and frustrating experience, and their customer service is non-existent.
