this app is a scam. I cancelled subscription since November 2025 but I have just discovered that they have been deducting subscription money from my account for the last 7months. please avoid. meanhwile i didn't really find it useful for my kids at all. please and please avoid update 29/6 i have emailed your support team since 2 days ago. please respond to the email, cancel the subscription and refund my money that you deducted unjustly.
Some challenges, such as Music Head, Shoulder, and Knee, simply don't start, and the only option is to return to the main menu or proceed (without completing the activity). My daughter loved it, she interacts and everything with Buddy. Please check these bugs.
not real ai. no interaction. not really personalized. just again a pre set app that goes through pre set recordings. doesn't check very well pronunciation. how can I access setting. how,can my child train with same profile on different devices.
false advertising. doesn't answer any questions. no even basic conversional AI. basic word recognition and extremely structured and linear. huge rip off for the very high asking price. should be a free app with optional subscription for what you get.
