I figured out what was wrong! A few small things I'd like to see is more sleep meditations(like more "sweet dreams" or "bedtime imagery" ect). All in all I highly recommend the app and the subscription! Thanks to the app, I have found a way to help deal with my heart condition and staying calm with it and sleeping better! Add on: I've tried to share quotes of the day and it just keeps sharing the same quote. Add on: why won't the daily quotes change like they used to. please fix this.
The best meditation app I've ever used. They not only thought about the little things like a new motivational quote on your lock screen every day, but the content is extremely well produced. There are programs you can follow, or just explore. There is a lot of freedom around it. They track what you do so you can see your accomplishments and have so many options from talk, to music, to guided meditation, to background focus music, and everything in between. Short or long meditation, you choose!
I absolutely love this app. I pay for premium with no regrets. I really only use the sleep section. The stories are great. I just wish there were more stories over 30 minutes. I tend to listen to them same ones. I wish there was a way to load 5 or so stories into a session so you could just go to sleep. Sometimes if im struggling to sleep, the stories end and I have to pick another and try again. Thats my biggest complaint/wishful addition. Other than that. I use it everyday and will continue:)
Nope. Not the one. Immediately forces you to take their quiz about yourself, and then after, it forces you to create an account before you can do literally anything on the app. No option to skip, no option to try without signing up. needs a skip button. Of course they also want you to sign up AFTER you've already invested time in their quiz so their algorithm can "tailor the experience." I don't care about any of that. I just wanted to use the app. Let me decide what's best for me myself
