This is not the most complicated software from user flow perspective, but it simple doesn't work. I would like to activate biometric login, come to consent screen, press Agree button and app hangs and crashes. Regardless how many times i tried. This app is too important now, unfortunately, if one wants to login to his account. Please, make it work!!!
For like half a year now, whenever something has to be signed, most of the text and buttons aren't visible! I've experienced this on a Pixel 2, as well as a Pixel 7a. PLUS: To migrate to a new phone, one has to log in to the web version of George. Seriously?! I haven't used the web version in... I have NEVER used the web version. Just put it in the app!
It's a pity I can't give it a zero stars or even -10 of them!!! George app used to work perfectly well before this damn thing appeared! I literally can't take a look at my account for the second day in a row! I keep receiving a message that "Something went wrong" and neither closing the app, nor restarting the phone helps!!! TERRIBLE.
Every other update of the app or of Android something gets broken and the app stops working with an "Internal error" message whenever I try to confirm a transaction. The only solution seems to be to reinstall the app, but that requires a new activation and the previous code doesn't work, so I need to visit the branch again. It's a bit ridiculous.
