If you're accumulating return parcels at home, you can easily have them collected by your Austrian Post delivery person using our collection service. Up to 5 parcels can be collected per workday and the service is easy to book in the app.

With the location finder, you can find all Austrian post offices, post partners, the nearest pick-up station and the letterbox in your area – simply by determining your location or entering your address. they only indicate the estimated delivery date, as a whole day! not even a modest attempt is made to reduce that to at least a 4-hour interval if not a 1-hour interval as other postal systems & couriers currently offer! is this how much respect you have for your customers' time?? additionally, more often than not the couriers claim they are unable to make the delivery even though you've waited diligently at home for the parcel, so you still have to spend time to retrieve it from the post office
This is the only Austrian app that does everything right. It has all needed features (push notifications, delivery options, post office info, ...) and is intuitive to operate. It also offers an alternative identification option to ID Austria over the technically more complex selfie verification. Finally, the app is also easy to find on the phone because it's simply named "Post", instead of "My..." or some nonsensical abbreviation. Kudos to the developers. I wish all apps were this good.
Was trying to get a package and while at the place, I found that I was suddenly logged out and couldn't log in. Packages that are retrieved from the pickup box at my house sometimes don't register as having gotten picked up. Sender is sometimes "unknown", even though it's clearly on the package. Login sometimes doesn't work and customer service just tells you to reset your password. For a few years, this worked really well but recently, it's been a giant mess.
Recent update made the app buggy, first of all logged me out, then the login button won't even work
