Annoying irrelevant job recommendations, no ability to filter out QSR jobs from hospitality jobs, listings are becoming depleted because of the competition from other platforms. Seek verify credentials is poorly designed, often doesn't work, total waste of time, nothing more than a marketing strategy as a point of difference.
The seek pass function annoys me as it only means we have to give extra information that we have to show in person anyway. Why? is a bit like having a resume then having to write everything down that's in your resume to begin with. just another unnecessary hoop to jump through.
The algorithms used don't reflect applicants skills. I have over 40 years experience in the workforce in a variety of sectors, and am not able to attain an interview. I have kept up to date with resume and interview techniques
Seek is a popular and mostly useful app but for some reason ignores my profile settings and shows me lots of jobs in other locations, hundreds of KMs away. I have no desire or intention to relocate so these suggestions are useless.
