I absolutely adore this app!!! 🌟 I'm not overly experienced in meditating so finding an app that is sensitive to my knowledge & needs is awesome. ✨ They offer several exercises that focus on different moods & behaviors. They range in time which is great especially if you want to do one on your lunch break or in between class. They give you simple instructions that are easy to follow. And if you're like me & broke, explain your situation & they can help you out for a few. Thank you guys! 💕
I really do like this app. The setup is super user-friendly and colorful, there's tons of options for different types of meditation, and I LOVE that you can even choose the voice that talks you through the meditation. As with most meditation apps, I do have to complain that things are really limited without paying. I started multiple "trainings" but after max 2 days, you have to pay to continue 😭 a good start, but I'll probably try to find something with a bit more available.
I've been really loving it. However, the ambient sound hasn't stayed on longer than 5 minutes since the update in Dec. Unfortunately, I'm sound sensitive and work around that, but I can't seem to get a deep enough meditation in without it. And you have to download another app just to ask for help. I wish I could've reported an issue in the help session itself. I hope they can fix this quickly because it really is a wonder app, and I love the way its set up. I've learned a lot about meditation.
