This was my favorite game initially and I wish that I could rate it 5 stars but due to bugs and/or glitches the game is frustrating. My game has been stuck at level 21 regardless of my progress it simply won't level up. Also, my game is only giving me access to 1 of 2 task workers. These issues have been ongoing over 4mos. Customer support is aware of the problem but is stumped for a solution 🤷🏽. I'd like to reinstall the app but There is no way to save your progress to the cloud.
I liked this game at first, had gotten to level 7 and was building the bakery. It froze, went out and when I tried to reopen it froze at 55% loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled and lost everything. Got to same spot in game and BAM! Froze again and freezes at 55% opening. I thought it was my tablet, loaded on my phone and got same result same place as before about half way through level 7. Thank God I didn't spend any money on this game. If it ever gets fixed and works, would go back to playing
this game isn't loading, it goes to 37 and stops and continues listing what's on the game under the loading and area and won't move off of 37,
I loved this game, first 10 levels was great fun. Now on level 15 and the fun has left with the same task objective over and over. I'm currently sticking with it, hoping it will speed back up with new challenges. Also disappointing, I'm not sure why I cannot upgrade to final building level once I've achieved the first. This game was super addictive when it was fun.
