Has potential. Few fixes needed. Sometimes Ice Bullet has no effect. No Damage. No Slow. Why would a shield be completely nullified by being touched? Bullets only reduce it by their damage amount, but if an enemy makes it all the way to you, shield disappears? Also, you're boy shoots too slow. Edit: Apologies. Shield is timed. Actually went back and read the description. Somehow missed it the first time.
