I absolutely love the sleepscapes. beautifully designed, interactive pauses are well spaced out and usually knock me out cold. I have recommended this app many times over to others in my life... hence the 4 stars. my only complaint is that you can't sort/filter them by actor voice or voice type. There are particular voices that just send me straight to dreamland. this is only reason it doesn't get 5 stars.
I love this app because it distracts the mind from overthinking in a unique way, and it helps me calm down or fall asleep. Sometimes other apps have more passive user involvement, and it's easier for me to tune out what they're saying, but this one you can choose how active/passive you want to be. I feel like it's better at distracting me and setting a calm scene. I'm so, so grateful!
I downloaded this app in 2023 and loved it for the first year. The escapes are great for helping my brain calm down before going to sleep. However, have been no updates or new escapes added after 2024 and it got very boring to do the same escapes every night. I continued to use it through 2025, but canceled my renewal this year becauseit's not worth the annual fee.
I've recently have had a problem of staring and scrolling on my phone at night when I should go to sleep. Thankfully I found this app! When I first logged on I picked the longest sleepscape I could find, which was only 25 minutes so I was thinking I for sure would need to do a second one each night. I have yet to not fall asleep in the middle of a sleepscape, even the 15 minute ones. Every aspect of these are great. From the narrator, to the music, and even the animations. Thank you!
