Right after I added my card information, the app malfunctioned. I received a message indicating that I successfully registered. However, when I login, there's a long pause, then a vague error message telling me to send an email. Meanwhile, they already have my card information and I'm missing out on my 1 week trial. I should have known it was a scam. Now I have to go through the hassle of replacing my card! Hooked on phonics didn't work me!
Can't access the app. I signed up for the $1 promo and haven't been able to log in at all. My credentials are correct. I made sure of that. I feel like I have been duped because they took my money but my login info isn't working. Be careful. I searched for anyone having the same problem online and some article said to wait 24 hours for access. Another said that you will have access after you pay. I still don't.
I was Unable to cancel the subscription, The app wouldn’t let me cancel. It kept saying my username is invalid even though I’m entering the correct details. And then, the customer service came into the rescue and they helped me sort out the issue. Thank you for your prompt response.
This app was wonderful right up until the last update -- now the progress bar/map is awful. I deleted all my daughters' progress so it would stop jumping ahead; but even choosing their starting points manually, I still have to scroll backwards through half a dozen units every single day and make sure I remember to write down where they finished. And no, un/reinstalling does not fix this.
