I originally had a 2 star review, but after a mixture of me using bear traps and using the free loot by adds, my opinion totally changed. If you don't already have a gun, you need to use bear traps and lure enemies, then ambush them. Stock up on meds, visit the deserters hideout. While yes, sometimes the game feels like it doesn't give much resources at times, it was really a lack of utilizing the tools in game correctly that kept me from progressing. Edit: From a 2 star, to 5 stars.
The game is fun, a little clunky at times but still fun. My biggest issue is I'm soft locked because I cannot find metal sheets to craft pants to get +1 radiation protection, I'm at 14 but need 15, so that I can progress. I have to endlessly re-loot the only available area and hope one spawns. I have had almost every item in the game spawn except one metal sheet. The game needs better UI, information on items, stamina bar would be nice but not needed.
after playing for another week I've realized this game is 100% PAY TO WIN, it has so much potential, but to even come close to beating enemies you'll need more than the zip gun because it does little to no damage. you can craft a axe but getting supplies for it is near impossible. Developers are greedy and destroyed this game. edit: after getting a Axe it is a waste of supplies as it is also useless against the deserters, still dont have a semi-gun
Didn't like it. Friction is too high so I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do to progress past the first room with the bed and heater. Something went awry with the uninstallation too, and my phone locked me out for a second. Had to actually enter my pin just to get back in. Weird. Is it messing with my security somehow? Now I'm going to have to go through my phone's security to make sure they didn't do anything!
