UPDATE: It's cool when "The Developer" "responds" to our reviews. I was really enjoying the smooth gameplay. It works even better after the recent update. It was getting addicting. I spent the 9.99$ on the "premium" "no-ad" bundle. It seemed "perfect" and I was about to spend another 4.99$ on the "silver tier" UNTIL I REALIZED IT WAS "ONLY" FOR 30* DAYS... Also. Getting tired of it asking me if I want to SPEND EVEN MORE EVERYTIME I DO ANYTHING.
Setting this to 3 now. The scaling of the new dropship event is good but limiting cards only to stage 20 greatly limits unit scaling. and the lack of counters to the cloaked units now has me permanently stuck, having only one unit that can target them and 2 that can hit them but not target. the cloaked units are by far the most broken enemy to fight. Also, the pay walls are becoming a bit much. even after several purchases i still feel like ive got nothing. 6/10. Needs enemy balancing.
Game forces you to get other turrets because the devs can't add in more depth to play as you want. Aka super level the basic turret not possible. Simple thing that either determines if you are a 'Copy and Reskin' of this game genre. If the generic is what your looking for then this isn't that bad actually. But there are better versions
I've been playing the game since launch, and overall it's a fun game. However, having re-buy VIP every 30 days is dumb. Also, the enemies start getting hard to kill very quickly. A very slow grind which is annoying. Overall, the events in the game are fun and interesting, but having a time limit per level is frustrating. You can hold off the enemies, but run out of time and you lose. Very frustrating. All in all, decent game, but needs some optimization.
