It's fine, but there isn't much to do in the game. The game also doesn't really know what audience it's going for. While it looks like it's going for the BA gamers, it doesn't really share what they like in most of the characters, which leads to a disconnect. Plus, for some weird reason, the event stories can't be re-read until the event comes back, which is a weird QoL it doesn't have despite this being a pretty normal practice for this type of gacha game. Overall, it's pretty directionless.
The existing content is good but there's not a ton of it. The framework and navigation feel pretty polished. The boss fights have fun mechanics, just need more. Being able to auto dailies then clock out is fine. It's still important to have end game content where manual is better than auto. I feel like if I can go an entire week or even 2 without having to manual anything, there's a severe lack of content.
It gets boring quick. Events get dull with recycled formula, progression is slow and tedious, most you can bond with a character one on one is by gifting and texting with only a couple of hidden collectibles. RNG is annoying, there should be a prioritization mechanic or something. It just gets really stale fast. Story is very good though; loving main cast with alot of chemistry and different "routes" for different choices with a couple of bad endings.
Love the gameplay, characters, art, but that's about it. Building characters is awful - going from one high skill level to another, let's say 7 to 8, takes roughly 5 or so days of farming the exact same materials. While you do initially get a lot of wish currency when you start, it slows down immensely once you complete a lot of the early content. If they would work on the character building and fix the premium currency system, it would be at least a 4.5 out of 5 stars.
