To make it easy, use the animal encyclopedia. Just tap 📔 in the bottom right, select a new animal and purchase a perfect diet to raise it. However, if you are out for adventure and would rather act on your own, don't hesitate to experiment! The general rule is we are what we eat. So, fetch a steak for a predator, or a fruit salad for herbivore. You can even discover fantastic beasts as you progress!
❓ How to care about your virtual pet
In this pet sim, regular feeding is only one of the basic needs. Your animals also require grooming, playing and a good night sleep! The meters in the bottom center will prompt you what to do next.
❓ What puzzles & brainteasers can I play offline
All of them! Tap 🎮 to navigate to the virtual playground with dozens of casual games to enjoy. Relax over Mahjong Solitaire, get your daily dose of brain-training with 2048 and memory games, or prove your i-spy skills with Hidden Object scenes. Put your skills to test with Match-3 and Bubble Shooter games, as well as a range of fun clicker games. It's all up to you!
❓ How to get coins and crystals
Play minigames to earn coins, and win crystals for achieving new XP levels. Tap the flower pot to unlock complete daily challenges. Visit your pet animals to collect daily rewards. You are also rewarded for spending time in the game. Just tap the calendar icon and collect progressive rewards. If you don't feel like waiting, you can always purchase them in the bank.
❓ How to renovate the house for your virtual pet
The icons in the bottom of the screen help you navigate around the pet house: 😍 - living room, 🍴 - kitchen, 🧹 - bathroom, 🌙 - bedroom. Tap 🛒 to indulge in room decoration, and customize wallpapers and flooring, furniture and house decor whenever you like!
❓ What are Boxie’s skills
As you play varios arcade and logic games, you improve your memory, attentiveness and accuracy. The more skill-puzzle levels you complete, the higher badges you earn. By upgrading the skills you also reduce the price of foods, home decor and other items in the game shop.
❓ How to customize your player profile
In the game island screen, tap ⚙️ to access game options and change your username and avatar. You can select any of the unlocked pet animals as your userpic. There you can also opt to automatically save your game progress, mute music and/or sound effects, change the game language, etc.
❓ Why play with friends
Friends can send you exclusive items for your virtual pet, and some daily challenges encourage you to return the favor. Game achievements and weekly tournaments also reward friends activity.

Re: good game. Way too many ads. I realize ads make the game free. I play many games that have in app ads. This one specifically has WAY more ads than ANY I've played. I gave 3 stars to be nice. In all honesty it should be 2 stars. Because of the over abundance of ads. Also, the time limit for each game played is a little rediculous. Between watching all the ads and the time limit to play them, there's not really much game play time. People want to play and enjoy games.
The first day the game was great me and my daughter loved it. We have been playing for 2 days. We have noticed that on the tasks timer there is some unrealistic time before it resets and it's only in game, currently mine is 121 hour there is no way I'm playing for that. I can't collect any money from the animals we have already hatched. And the buying of the recipes is a waste. It's totally random. Wasted coins on that!
Not a bad game, cute idea.. But perhaps if there was a possibility of getting maybe a park or something for the animals we make to roam in? Seems weird they just end up in a book. Also, I cannot seem to progress past level one in any of the mini-games?? They always reset and it is so repetitive it is boring! I want to keep playing, but why?
Im rating it 2 stars because I honestly hadn't had time to review the game properly. It gave you a tutorial to raise your first pet and you feed it only bamboo, it pops out a panda. (Anyone surprised? I'm not.) Congratulations. You've revamped Moshi Monsters!! I hit level 4 halfway through raising my first box. Here come the ratings requests the moment you demonstrate knowledge of the controls.
