A great idea but SHOULD NOT BE REQUIRED! Once app fails, then the web one won't work because you can't login. Resetting passwords should not be waiting 20+ minutes for the reset link and should not say your password failed to change after that much waiting. An example of taking what worked (passwords) with something that does not work or is full of bugs. At least allow the hotels the option of being able to log in via password or pin. Requiring only pin means no backup plans.
very unfair policies in debt because of this. wont give payout after 30 days then plus 5 days I was asking for it if it could be released earlier after the 30 days but all bookings accepted within the 30 days are also 30 days to be received. overlapping the other 30 days. the agoda support team is useless too. I dont recommend this for my experience is not nice. Will finish other bookings and stop partnerships with them. airbnb is better and more refined than this.
The UI interface is horrible. Especially when it comes to finance, it's so difficult for me to check which payment refer to which customer. This app is for webpage, it's not integrated to android. So please optimize.
The Agoda partner app is extremely disappointing and frustrating to use. For a global company like Agoda, the quality of the partner extranet and mobile application is far below expectations. As a hotel owner, I depend on this platform daily, but instead of making operations easier, it creates unnecessary complications.
