I tried it for translating streaming video. It worked a couple days then stopped. Been wasting money on credits trying to get it to work again and never has. As for support, there is none. The only way is to give feedback in the app. It's through email and they don't even provide and email address when you click send email. Waste of money.
it works, but what is the point of paying for a monthly or yearly subscription if you still have to add credits on top of that? it is like paying for Netflix and getting 100 minutes to watch show and when you run out, you have to buy more credits. that's a scam. it makes the app excessively expensive. also, it is not very intuitive to join the calls for elder users. my parents struggled big time to join the call. there are too many variables, too many options....it is not straight forward.
A blessing in disguise! Been hoping for something like this for a long time!!! Support also promptly credited me when credits purchased did not post. Turns out it wasn't their fault. I had not made sure that within their app that I was linked to my Google account. make sure you do that and go through the app and look at all the amazing features they offer! Don't mumble on calls and this very well may be the very best translation tool you'll ever use! Five star support!!!
Paid app wants you to pay again to use the functionality at a steep rate of 6.5 credits per minute. That's $6 per 30 minutes. Can't tell what other hidden costs are associated. Can't even make a trial call to see if it works. And they don't do refunds, so you're just out 8 bucks at least to find this out.
