My stand by for years. Simple & straightforward, but plenty of customization options, reliable. Suggested Improvement: I would love to be able to customize the screen that pops up when an alarm is going off or at least make the label text much larger. I often use the text to remind half asleep me WHY I need to not hit snooze or how much time until something important. currently the text blends in & I often don't notice it.
Apparently I've been using this alarm for 10 years now! I wish it had a watch OS version, devs please consider it. would love to have a vibration only alarm -- original review - 11/18/15 I am always sleeping through my alarms. The customizable settings keep me from snoozing too many times and forces me to wake up. I love that I can change up the routine every once in a while so I don't get used to it and start oversleeping again like I do with most alarms
I have to try to find a new alarm because recently this one keeps not alarming with a message that it was missed because I need to follow some instructions for an old, outdated Android, so when I follow the instructions, they do not match my phone, which is a newer Android. Therefore it's been hit-or-miss on whether the alarm will go off. It used to work perfectly though, so I don't know what changed.
I love this app. I've been using it for years & I love the customizable settings. The barcode feature alone is worth the paid version. I'm NOT a morning person, so I used to turn off my alarm & go back to sleep a lot. With this app, I have to get up & scan a specific barcode to turn off the alarm. There is no other way to turn it off, since I turned off the ability to silence it after so many minutes, too. Works great at getting me out of bed in the morning! Plus all the other features.
