Fun, gets to a point where you don't really advance, each oil drilling scenario is the same overall, I have never seen the option for offshore drilling, so I'm getting bored of the game, need to pay a little or else you have to watch ads that are abusively long. also some of the drilling work at the bottom of the screen is obscured by icons at the bottom of the screen that can not be removed. I really only keep playing cause it reminds me of the old "King Oil" board game from the 70's.
Paid for what I thought was ad free play but the purchase only lasts 24 hours. THEY WANT $99 FOR AD FREE THAT DOES NOT EXPIRE. DO NOT BE FOOLED. So many things are ad blocked that its not even worth playing the game unless you buy the no ads. I love this game but will likely uninstall this cash grab. Congratulations, you got my $2. You'll never get another dime.
Great concept, poor execution. You'll love it for a few days then the micro-transactions are pushed. Weather comes into the game and totally ruins the experience and fun you were having. $99 to remove ads! I thought $20 was bad in other games. It could and should be much better, but it misses the target. Suggestion -- Why do I always pick first at the auction only to have the NPC pick my land and increase the price? Make this random.
Crooked algorithm that is focused on nothing but making you watch ads or pay money. Worse yet, the screen will go dark and freeze at the end of a bunch of ads, making you redo the ad or even the whole level you're on. Algorithm for lightning is completely ridiculous! Completely do away with lightning! At least go by real weather conditions. You can clearly see how the game uses it to target certain things at the worst time, no coincidence. Now ads screw me worse ever since posting! FY!!!
