Immediately, the experience was unpleasant. You can't see what the app is like without filling out a bunch of questions, which is always frustrating as a user. When you get through all the questions, you're immediately bombarded by tutoring profiles automatically spamming you. It's nothing but popups upon popups. There's no option to report spam. For some reason, the text scrolls within their blocks like some kind of horribly designed psychedelic experience. Waste of my time.
Among the hundred of bugs in the app, the worst one that has persisted for almost a year is that teacher can no longer withdraw their income in the app. When you hit the button, it would always jump to the main page as if you weren't logged in. Right now you can only do it on the desktop version. I couldn't withdraw my income on the go and had to wait for another 40 days.
Nice App! I recently joined as a tutor. I've been having issues since I updated it yesterday. Whenever I try to open a student's message, the page crashes and displays the following error code: "GlobalBuilder removed in v5". Which is really frustrating. I also tried using the website and still got an error message "unknown error". I hope this can be fixed soon.
The teacher verification is so bad and I've been trying it for so many days and so many angles already. Please optimize it and have other options for teacher identity verification because it has been such a hassle just for verification of identity. I have contacted customer support but they will just redirect me to the verification process and not respond to emails or queries.
