User Reviews
Items shipped by Amazon are getting lost between the Amazon shipping facility and the USPS. Shipping times are in excess of 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping delays cause delays in being able to complete projects on time. Changed purchasing habits. Amazon pricing may be cheaper, but the overall time and wait makes the total cost of dealing through them too expensive.
Horrible business app for a billion dollar a day company. Every order says verify payment method, but the app just shows a blank screen on click. All worked well until the last May update. Not a usable app for my business. You can do much better Amazon, are you reading the reviews? Your customers are demanding action...and will leave Amazon to find what we need elsewhere without the hassle.
All of my orders are on hold for payment verification. I will no longer be ordering from Amazon. It was very convenient to order items needed and have shipped to my house. I spoke with customer service they said just remove and re add my payment type. I just added a different card to charge my order to. And today it's saying we need to verify payment. so I click on it and for 5 minutes it just spins. Sad 😔.
over all its a great app for personal and business use. I use it daily. most days I use it multiple times a day. but my only complaint is just frustrating. so I was looking for a rectangular 14'x6' trampoline mat. so I typed that exact search into the search bar. and all the search results were all round mats. not a single rectangular one!! like I said it's not a deal breaker with the app it's just a minor inconvenience within the app. I'm really just hoping Amazon will see this a rectify this.
