The application refused to change the password or opened the same account again,and tried to create a new account with a different email and got the same issue.
Won't work on the Samsung A36. Can't access any of the task bar functions. They are layered under the android bottom task bar. Unable to link my watch to use the app. One to avoid until it's fixed if you use the A36 phone. Needs a bug fix. Works on my old Xperia 10vi
Please fix the errors, as the smart watch receives notifications well when it is first connected to the phone, but when you turn off Bluetooth and close the Hellofit Pro program and then restart it again, it does not receive notifications until after performing a factory reset of the watch. This only happens on Android phones, but not on the iPhone. This happens
the app needs massive reconstruction.. ads need to be removed as we bought a premium watch not a cheap one , option to silence the incoming call on phone itself needed , sync between phone and watch is laggy , no option to control heart rate measurement interval periods , No option to control media volume output whethere it comes from phone or watch , No option to select what apps from phone to send notifications to watch i might return the 5 watches i bought and forced to link with this app
