Used the app quite a few times. Overall cleaning quality is good, repairs they did make this mistake once, but then corrected. The app itself could be improved in terms of UX and clarity. For example when reporting a problem with a specific order it asks you the order number which is a bad pattern: it should be a one click from the order page itself.
app is very confusing, it doesnt show the orders youve placed, i had 3 for the same day and only found out when i saw the emails. you should also be able to pick what service you want as that impacts delivery time and cost. I'm not always readily available when delivery times change. there are no options to use your own detergent or how to save / reduce costs!
Awful service. I don't normally write reviews but on this instance I feel i need to. I hate ironing used to be very good but over the last year it has gone downhill. On my last order they lost a very expensive pair of jeans. And now everytime I try to place a new order there is always last minute cancellations, late deliveries or no drivers available. Unfortunately you've lost a customer today.
As a regular user I can say this is a great app and easy to use. Helen and all the team are super efficient and very helpful with any enquiries you may have. The drivers are fast friendly and on time, and the team will even Email you if there is a pickup at short notice that may help you in your area. IHI is the one to use.
