The formatting of some of the questions is off. I am using an android phone. Several of the questions are formatted so all of the information isn't visible in the screen- no matter how much I swipe or scroll. The only solution I found was to close the app and go back in, resume my timed quiz For the price one pays for a subscription (on the higher end), one would think a programmer could code the format in a way that is cohesive to the to what is intended.
This app is very helpful for reviewing content with lots of practice problems, but every day I find a problem with it. Often the correct answer is marked wrong according to the explanations given, the graphs and tables show up weirdly, sometimes making the answer options invisible/unable to click on. Lately when practicing the math problems the total score at the end of a quiz is -1 off (ie 8/10 when I only missed 1 problem) which is frustrating. For the price of this app, it should be better.
I have to change the rating to 1. One answer they gave was 11/4 x 3 = 15/4. You can't trust the App. The font is too big. There is no setting to adjust the font sizes. And it is hard to move the screen around to read the whole paragraph or charts. Scrolling up & down is also difficult. Sometimes, it got frozen. Some questions or reading paragraphs appear twice in different quizzes.
I've paid $110 for the package which includes 90 days of this app. However, I have found multiple errors with questions in the app. Answers marked wrong but the rationale says it's the right answer. Questions missing information so you're just guessing on the answer. Question of the day only works about 60% of the time. It will sometimes close the app. Edit: I have emailed the company with the questions, answers, and screenshots and haven't heard back
