This has been a very frustrating experience with AstroPay. They allow deposits from my region via M-Pesa, which makes it seem like the service is fully functional. However, after adding money, I discovered that cards and withdrawals are not supported in my country, and this is not clearly communicated upfront. This means the funds I deposited are currently unusable for their intended purpose, and I also cannot withdraw them. Users should be very careful before depositing money.
My wife has astropay and they retained her savings she sent from her own account from Wise to Astropay. Wise confirmed the transfer is complete and Astropay admits they have those funds but are no releasing it for no reason. first they said it was because we needed to wait 2 business days and now they don't answer the chat and just say that they created a "ticket". can't wait for play store to add the 0 stars option because this app is ridiculous.
my account has 0.0096 in the wallet and the app can only shows and allow me to move up to 2 decimals so they refuse to close my account with "money" on the wallet.
want fast deposits, try this. was wrong, withdrawal is a serious challenge, I'm not able to withdraw or send to another account even after getting the account working. try it at your own risk. no customer service or withdrawal button is seen.
