This app has been great. It is one of several I use for learning Hindi. But suddenly it it is struggling to recognize when I am speaking. It will be fine for one or two words and then it keeps telling me to repeats myself. Sometimes if I skip a word or phrase it will start working again temporarily. I even went back to lessons I already completed to see if that helped, but I'm having the same problem there.
I learned a lot of words very quickly, but only in written form. The pronunciation is MUCH more difficult, because the speaker goes WAY too fast. Also, almost everything in the app is for purchase/subscription only. That is obviously the norm for free apps, but there's usually more free stuff than is offered here. I did like the things that are free, and I learned to recognize words and phrases quickly. You'll want something more comprehensive if you want to go beyond that though.
I just downloaded the app, I've been using it for 2 days so I'm giving it 3 stars, the app seems nice so far, and it seems to be good for learning, I've encountered a bug at the moment, when you try to repeat after class the microphone doesn't record very well, as if it's not receiving the signal. But it could be my internet. I will discover and see if they become 5 star and a different review.
