The first comment that I can make about this game is that it is very addictive. I haven't made any in-game purchases, so it feels as if it is taking forever for me to grind through the dungeon floors. But I am having a very hard time putting the game down. I continue to just try and acquire new equipment, level up my character, and fight whatever bosses that I encounter. Despite being a very heavily grind-based game, it really keeps the player engaged and willing to waste a ton of time as long as he or she can find one good piece of equipment. The game can be pretty punishing if you aren't lucky enough to find the proper items, but that makes the game feel much more rewarding when you do. The game mechanics are pretty simple and straightforward. By about level 11, every player should have a good sense of what the game entails and can find the strategy and playstyle that suits them best. Additionally, one can play at their own pace and has very few restrictions. I absolutely love the art stlye of the game. It has a very Tim Burton vibe to it, similar to Don't Starve. I actually had to question whether they were the same company or not. Overall, The Greedy Cave feels like a very complete game. Although it might not be for everyone, there isn't anything that I can think of that would make the game even better. It is a staple of its genre.

So game doesn't really crash for me, sometimes on startup but try again and it opens without any problems afterwards. Pretty fun to farm when offline. never bought anything, watched a couple of ads only for revive after silly deaths, and completed the game easy peasy. But I take a star off because game stats (esp luck) and skills and other extra mechanics (aka pets, cards) have no tutorial or explanation just ended up power stacking and brute forcing my way through.

Greedy Cave starts off looking like a lot of fun, but early game item drop rates are misleading. By midgame, players may need to run the same ten levels 100 times to get the gear they need for the next levels. Gold chests in the 50's seem to have a 1:10 gold item to junk ratio... and since stats are randomly assigned, there's only a small chance that the gold item will actually be useful. I gave up when i realized I'd have to play the same 10 minutes of game for a few hours each day to progress

Well after a 100 plus hours of grinding. I start the game to find out that my save was deleted. My phone had a glitch In the date and time. When it synced with the tower my game is just gone. Like I don't even know what to say. All that time wasted. Beware this game is glitchy. Fishing in cave sometimes results in a glitch that disables the hud and you can't get into your inventory to use escape scroll. I really enjoyed playing this game. What a bummer.
