Either listen to the default soundscapes or create your own from a collection of environmental sounds and small pieces of music.
To help you cope with your tinnitus, the app also provides different activities to relax through guided meditations, breathing exercises, and imagery.
The Learn section will teach you more about what tinnitus is, what the causes are, as well as tips to help you better deal with the effects of your tinnitus.
The app will help you to create a personalized plan to teach you to manage your tinnitus.
Simply answer a few questions about your tinnitus and the issues that bother you the most and Beltone Tinnitus Calmer™ will create a weekly plan to support your tinnitus management.

Great app, but it's the exact same app as the one called Resound Tinnitis Relief. But no matter which you install, you get the ability to custom make your own combination of sounds and label them. I love how simple and easy the interface is. I'm pleased with all the sounds that come with the free version, but would love it if they could include the sound of an owl. Overall great app for drowning out tinnitis. 😊
Got this app because for years I too have and continue to experience tinnitus which drives me crazy. After using it a few times, I discovered that it's also absolutely the greatest for stress as well as being perfect to help me fall asleep. It provides the most relaxing alternative to simply lying there listening to the ringing and buzzing in my ears. THANKS SO MUCH, Beltone!
Great app! Being able to make your own custom mix of ambient sounds has been a a real source of relief. Thanks for making this!! One suggestion for future update, maybe you could add the sound of fan noise and the sound of a car's blower motor. When I drive and turn the heat on, the sound of the heater blowing helps drown out the ringing.. thanks again!!!!
like this app and the sounds, but there's one complaint. Whoever did the noise sounds must have had music playing when they recorded them because if you really focus and listen, you can hear music in the background. Granted, it's very lite, but it's there and noticeable, especially if you're using it for tinnitus relief.
