Participated in 3 consecutive Candy Bomb events, was marked ELIGIBLE each time, yet received zero rewards. When I contacted support, they cited a 'risk control trigger' but couldn't tell me what rule I violated. Decision was called final and non-appealable with no specific explanation. A platform that shows you as eligible then disqualifies you silently is not transparent or fair to users. Very disappointing experience.
I've had a good experience using Bitget. The app is easy to navigate, trades execute smoothly, and deposits and withdrawals have worked well for me. I recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable crypto trading platform.
The overall user EXPERIENCE IS EXCELLENT, but i was having intermittent issues with biometric login. It works sometimes and fails other times. but now, it's working perfectly,I found out that I didn't get some optional settings right, but now I do.
I am extremely disappointed with the management and P2P services. I placed a crypto sell order, but I never received the payment from the buyer. Instead of helping me, the platform froze my dollars. I filed an appeal 4 days ago, and there is still absolutely NO response or update from the management team. The support behavior is highly irresponsible and slow. My funds are stuck for no reason. Fix this issue immediately and unfreeze my assets!
