After the last update, the app logged me out and I couldn't log in using my pass (maybe I forgot), but when I reset the device and tried to add my thermostats in the app, I constantly get an error. Now I can't manage the temperature of my rooms in the app :(
Too unreliable. Every firmware update fixes some problems and brings in new ones. One was adjusting the valve every few seconds and draining the battery. The current problem is that no matter the target temperature, sometimes the valve stays closed. And so your room isnt warm. Im thrilled to see the next batch of problems. If only there was a setting to control the valve directly. Maybe for christmas.
I paused all the thermostats for the summer and today wanted to turn them off and... I got infinite "Almost done ..." message in the app and nothing else works. I even deleted all the data, re-connected to the controller and still have "Almost done ...". Ridiculus how bad the software from Bosch is. Every time I have problems either after MANDATORY updates, or even just after summer pause.
The application launches with the favorites tag, which is currently empty as I do not utilize it. I would prefer to have an immediate overview of all rooms upon opening the app, but unfortunately, there is no configurable setting to achieve this, despite its relative simplicity. Regrettably, Bosch has a history of inadequacies in addressing software-related concerns.
