About ScreenOn Notification
Turns on the screen when you receive a notification, so you can read it on the lock screen without having to press the power button on the device.
You also can make the app turn screen on repeatedly while you have an active notification.
Widget to turn screen off, without the need to press that power button.
Also works with Samsung devices. On Samsung devices to customize the notification style just click and hold on the lock screen to set the style as Android default. That way you can see the full notification without the need to click on the app notification icon.
Just open the app, activate the service, give the notifications access permission, and then select the apps you want the screen to turn on when you receive a notification.
It also allows to enable the camera flash on notifications
This app uses the Device Administrator permission (BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN):
This permission is required because on some devices when the screen is locked it may not be possible to turn the screen on or off after the set timeout time.

Put this on my dad's smartphone this morning and so so pleased. He is deaf and 89 and does not know he's got whatsapp's or Gmail on his phone. This app wakes the screen and activates the camera flash. It may have added to some battery drain but at least we can now contact him with greater ease.
hell man..... love uuuuuuu ,,,, u made my night ...how i didnt see ur app before , well i can confirm it work on my note 9 and i turn off edge light while screen off ,,,,, i put black Wallpaper and voila 🤣🤣🤣🤣 now its like ambient display (like pixel and nexus ) once i get notification it wake up screen black and notification white and i can read it , (without turn on the device) ....hehehe,,,, i sent u mail about that too.... if u want i can record short video about that .......thanks a lot 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹
Working properly with my Note 10. It would be great if the app allows users to stop screen on after a period of time or repeatedly X times of screen notice.
