Not enough. Why should I pay money to use an Asian character or to use the other themes in the game? You get ONE theme with lame opinions and two girls. Barbie is about inclusivity, kindness, and FASHION yet you have to pay 6.99 for a different theme or base model and get three dress options. I like the hair and highlights thing they have, where you pick your hair and color, then can chose a different color for highlights. I also like how it tells you to get an adult to do a math question.
Everything used to be free, and now Budge makes it so that you need a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION that's about 7 dollars to unlock everything in the game. (I think they did this instead of a one-time purchase to get as much money as possible, because they don't care as much anymore about how happy the player is. They also are hoping you'll forget that you have a subscription, so they will get more money. (as opposed to a one-time purchase)
Obviously made for kids, and it does its job well. I honestly used Google Play Games to get all the extra stuff for free, but even without it, it's usually enough to distract a kid for a long car ride when they're either not allowed their own phone or said phone is dead. I even played on it some myself and I'm a full grown adult. Good for killing time. Though, the intro cutscene does glitch out at the beginning and end and though it doesn't break anything, I doubt it's intentional.
I used to play this game A LOT when I was young, so I saw it and decided to try it. The problem with this game is the prices on the packs, $4 for a pack where your only gonna get accessories, I wish that the game also had more dress and shoe options as well and that they would add green to the dress and shoe colors aslo but overall this is a good game! Keep up the good work! 😁
