cute app. concept is nice. but for people who really need help and have a limited income or don't have digital forms of payment this is not the app for you. it's $6 a month base program and most of the features are locked behind a paywall there is a 3-day free trial however unlike many other apps this one didn't fancy me enough to take the risk. I did not feel that the risks outweigh the benefits. I did not want to ask a family member to use their digital form of payment. I'll stick with Finch!
By far one of the best purchases I have ever made. There are no ads, confidentiality is guranteed, and the AI features are neat. I haven't used it for too long, but it has helped tremendously with cognitive awareness, and relief from stressful events. My only real complaint is that the app feels a bit lackluster, as if it's not finished. I hope to see more things added, and I recommend buying the subscription if not simply to support the team!
I find it incredibly unfair you have to pay to access even a single AI tool. Those trying to find help in apps like these tend to be unable to afford proper mental healthcare and making people pay to use even one AI generated response should be criminal. Beyond that, while the articles are informative, the tasks are incredibly simple, and many required a separate note taking source. Why not include that in the app?! that's just thoughtless. Overall, I could get better therapy from my cat :/
