Intrusive ads pop up in the middle of the game, usually a PayPal ad, and you can't remove it or click out of it, the game continues play in the background, meanwhile your opponent is playing, it will be your turn to shoot, but you can't access the table because of the ad, first time it happened, I thought it was a glitch, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, just for it to happen again, I'm deleting this game permanently and you developers need to fix this issue.
Ad pops up during game! Uninstalled because an ad kept popping up during game play. I was about to pot the 8 ball the last time it popped up. Terrible!There are better pool games out there that you don't have to worry about ads coming up during game play that you can't just close out of. You literally have to close the game and go back in to get rid of it.
The game is pretty good I enjoyed playing until they started doing temu ads. I notified them that the pop-up temu ad locked up the game. I haven't been able to finish the bonus games due to the ad, I've also lost many credits while playing the game for the same reason. when this ad pops up I have to close out the game & restart it. They asked for a screenshot which I sent now over a week later the ad is still popping up. Customer support doesn't appear to care & I'm done dealing with it.
1. Game freezes up. 2. Closes during play. 3. Closes while trying to collect rewards. 4. Ads are way to close together and will shut down so you can't collect rewards. Wouldn't be a bad game if they would get it fixed. Contacted them via email, they said send them a screen shot. When the game closes you are not in the game anymore. When it freezes up you have to reboot your pad or phone, can't get a screen shot. Get the bugs out, it might be a game to keep and play.
