This is a really fun game, I absolutely love it, BUT! There's way too many forced ads. You get an ad every 2-3 minutes, depending on how many menus you click in and out of. When I first downloaded this game, there were no forced ads at all, so to find that the implementation of forced ads is appalling. $15 is far too expensive for ad removal ONLY, with no other benefits. Until forced ads are either lessened or removed, or there's a cheaper ad removal, I'm at 2 stars or less for this app.
I've played this game on and off for a couple years now and I always loved coming back to it. The new update removes all the character and charm from the original and I am disgusted with how the game is laid out now. There is no longer any choices for upgrades. Originally there were individual items that could be upgraded with visual differences when purchased in game. Now not only did they remove the individual upgrades they removed the upgrades per room as well.
I used to like this game until it crashed. I uninstalled and reinstalled this game because nothing else worked. When I reinstalled the game, all my progress was lost causing me to start over from scratch. On top of my data being lost, this game is making me watch ads again, even though I just spent money to remove ads a few weeks ago. Extremely disappointed. I emailed support requesting this get fixed.
Totally fun, but I wish there were more opportunities for gems so I can freely upgrade all of my hotel rooms. The cost for perks, like no ads, can be a bit too much (I dont want to pay 10 actual dollars for an ad free exp). There are a lot of ads, so be prepared. Other than that, it's fun once you build up your money. :]
