Great game, but the integration ruined it. I do not think they are using human to contact you back. I message them three times, and it doesn't help. I been waiting about a month, and nothing changed. I can not even log in to my old account. I try to do what they say, but it still doesn't work. I gave them my account information and nothing happened. For damn sure, I ain't going to restart. For the contact team, how long do we have to wait? I already lost 1 month of content.
After the update and server integration, so many players lost their account's. All the work and money we may have put into the game...gone. Forced to start over or quit playing. I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone, as so many long term players got screwed over hard and we don't even get any sort of compensation whatsoever. I don't see myself returning to play this game. Developers of this game have lost my trust and I hope those who see this review, don't even give this game a chance.
I'm not playing long enough to have anything to say. Just around 1 or 2 months before the game integration. I initially lost my account access for some reason after that, but the support team was very quick to help me get back my account. Thank you so much. I find joy playing the game and such delightful events as well as cute and fun mini games. It's a well-designed game from my perspective. I hope to see more improvements in the future. ^^
oh there was a migration that happened? no wonder it says "add to wishlist" and the released date is this 2026 when I was playing it back 2025. I was planning to go back but knowing that I lost everything, I'll drop this game . I hope it wont go EOS. Besides several people not knowing this game exists, seems you also lost a lot of playerbase cuz of migration. Im glad this is not a top tier game.
