This game would be a five but it has some weird bugs. There's a consistent glitch where 2 customers are on screen but never progress on the Windmill level. One is in a room, never leaves, never requests anything. The other stays at the photo area. No matter how many times you try to take a picture they never move on. The rewards for watching a video (20 seconds, 1 guest) doesn't always give the reward. Would love to see these things fixed. Otherwise a great game.
Brilliant game. I love the rewards you can earn. A difficult game at times which keeps you on your toes Just need to add I did not get rewards when I signed up with my email. I sent an email to developers and a screen shot but no resolve. I have also lost out on rewards at the end of 2 levels I clicked on rewards but couldn't get them. I am very disappointed as I really do enjoy the game.
Every level has its own requirements, but this one is straight-up ridiculous. I’m stuck on a level where I need to reach full customer happiness but the game only gives me 9 customers while expecting 10 happiness. Make that make sense. At this point, it’s obvious the game is designed to trap players. Either you sit through ads just to get extra customers, or you’re forced to spend diamonds. That’s not a challenge, that’s just greedy and lazy game design.
This is the same producer of Dream Hotel. What I love about these hotel games compared to others is the opportunities of earning free extra coins, gems and boosters by watching ads. In addition, upgrades only cost you coins rather than coins and gems like other hotel games. You also carry earned coins to the next hotel. Other games go back to 0 coins when you go up to next hotel. The graphics and music are great. My favorite hotel games! 5 stars for sure!
