I love this app and have used it for years, but in the last month or so, it's started altering the colors of certain videos. It's not all of them, and it's not restricted to, say, night videos, portrait videos, etc. It just mutes the colors and it's frustrating because I'm uploading videos of art and it looks awful with the muted palette. My only other complaint: The minimum 1 second duration makes it impossible to do certain ASMR videos at the speed I want. Overall, great app.
Love the app and all the options. I do wish I could just type in the times I want to edit instead of sliding the bar. I need specific times and sometimes it's hard to stop it with the bar. Also, I paid for the premium version, but sometimes it reverts back to the free version. I click restore purchase, but it doesnt work so I have to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Watch an ad for 30 seconds in hope to remove watermark. 30 seconds of ad completes playing. "Reward Granted" button appears with an "X" to close the ad and render the video. Surprise! That "X" button doesn't work; it won't close the ad. It does nothing. But all the other buttons on the ad work to lead you to the advertiser's landing page. You go back from the ad, you have to do this all over again. The "remove watermark by watching an ad" is just a scam.
Having trouble with getting kicked out to main menu while trying to add sound effects. Trying for 3 days to add it but no luck. I've paid for a year subscription already to. I've used it before and never had a problem. That's why I got the subscription. Sent an email requesting help today. We'll see what happens. If they help me it's easily a 5-star app.
