Since update 1st July, 2026 Coach will not load vehicle data. update..appears to working fine now 👌
Can't log in as it said my Mercedas Eco Coach app is outdated and opened the Eco Coach in app store. But my app store already updated to the latest version (5.5.0). Clicked open and showed me the same outdated message.
Barely works since the update. Rewards/store removed. Not an improvement.
Update #4. I will be giving up using this app. I've persisted for weeks but it's too unreliable. For me, the app no longer logs driving seasons. Nothing logged in over a week. Charging and parking are logged, but zero miles recorded. This makes the app totally useless if unreliable and prevents participation in community challenges. Developer... no updates since May?
