Your smartphone becomes the digital link to your Mercedes. You have an overview of all information and control your vehicle via the app.
MERCEDES-BENZ CONNECT: ALL FUNCTIONS AT A GLANCE
ALWAYS INFORMED: The Vehicle Status informs you about the mileage, range, current fuel level or data from your last journey, for example. Use the app to conveniently check your tyre pressure, the status of the doors, windows, sliding sunroof/soft-top and boot, or the current locking status. You can also pinpoint the location of your vehicle and receive warning messages regarding unlocked doors, for example.
CONVENIENT VEHICLE CONTROL: With the Mercedes-Benz App, you can remotely lock and unlock or open and close the doors, windows, and sliding sunroof. Start the auxiliary heating/ventilation or program this for your departure time. In electric vehicles, you can also activate pre-entry climate control and temper the vehicle immediately or for a defined departure time.
CONVENIENT ROUTE PLANNING: Plan your route at your leisure and conveniently send addresses to your Mercedes via the app. This means you can get in and drive off straight away.
SAFETY IN AN EMERGENCY: The Mercedes-Benz App notifies you of attempted theft, an attempt to tow away the vehicle and parking damage. If a vehicle alarm has been tripped, you can turn it off via the app. The Geofencing service sends you a notification as soon as the vehicle enters or leaves an area defined by you. In addition, you can configure Speedfencing and Valet Protect in the app, and receive push notifications in the event of their violations.
FUEL-SAVING DRIVING: The Mercedes-Benz App shows you your vehicle's individual fuel consumption. It also compares your fuel consumption with that of other drivers of the same vehicle model. The ECO display informs you about the sustainability of your driving style.
SIMPLY ELECTRIC: The Mercedes-Benz App lets you display your vehicle's range on a map and search for charging stations near you. The app also allows you to start the charging process at a public charging station.

It's an ok app although I have limited use in my older car. Most useful is the notification about doors being unlocked. Would be nice if that notification got closed if the doors were later locked. That would be attention to detail for me. I don't use maps as they are outdated and a lot worse compared to Google maps via android auto. So no use for sending locations to the car. The app also logs me out way too often which means no notifications for doors left unlocked which is bad.
Disappointing app. Can't set a time at which you want to start charging the battery when at home, or by what time you want it full. Can't stop charging from the app (to allow cable disconnecting), only with the key (even on home setting), so you still need the key in your hand! Can’t disable connection app to calendar (&shows items cancelled in Google calendar). If car left unlocked for a while (alarm gets active by itself), you need to lock in order to deactivate the alarm by unlocking the car.
the app is often slow to respond sometimes doesn't initiate the command at all. no option to start the car from your phone like other cars, even in the mercedes range. the navigation is THE WORST, you may be thinking that's a car issue, no, even sending the destination from Google maps, to the mercedes app which sends it on to the car, still then takes you to the wrong place, or starts my commuter journey instead of the desired location. no option to link accounts with any music stream services.
It would be great if the Samsung S26 series supported a digital key! Now only old models are supported. It's a bit confusing when the pairing button is active but hiting it does nothing. Why even show the option then? 🤔 Also, it would be awesome to have features like in-app vehicle camera views and remote soft top operation, as offered by other brands.
