i loved playing this game BEFORE 6/24/26! Once I opened the new version, it was an instant let down. It is aggravating when y'all pick the table & amounts(wager & what ya play to - 10 or 50) that we play on & NOT giving us those options. It shouldn't matter how many coins we've got to play with(since it's free) & we shouldn't be prohibited from certain tables bcuz of the amt of coins we got! I really thought about deleting this app more than once when this new version came out cuz it sucks
Prior to this new update/game design, I would have rated this a 5-star. But this new format is awful. Not only is the layout awful, but it takes forever to start a game! Even b4 the update, clicking a players info b4 entering their table took too much time, we had to enter their table then click their rating/info. But now we can't even do that because it takes too long to get into the game, so by the time we're in there, we're forced to play with someone we might otherwise decline a game with!
Been playing a couple months now and all of a sudden when I create a table and click done it increases the amount I entered, 4,000 becomes 44,000. Contact with the developer is zero, no way to contact them about this or anything for that matter, even though there is an email listed. It doesn't go through. Also, when in middle of game and opponent quits you don't get the pot, just your coins back so no penalty to the one who forfeits. Not fair.
I've downloaded and played probably 15 or more various gin rummy games, and so far I think that this one is a perfect fit for me. The timer is slightly more forgiving, which comes in handy for those heavy THC days Also, you're not immediately and constantly being bombarded by challenges popping up on your screen. Private tables are available, too, and you don't have to buy them or be at a certain level. Gameplay is intuitive and smooth as well. I'm going to keep this one. Well done
