Paid for app years ago but every once in a while it does weird things. Now it won't play a song selection for more than 3 seconds, then it fades out. At first I thought it was the Bluetooth connection , but it does same thing without Bluetooth connection. Tried resetting phone and re-installing app but to no avail. Messaged support...No answer. Anyone have same issue? In this state, I paid for nothing!!
I have used this app for years. Like other reviews I read though, something is wrong with it. Even after reinstalling, being able to control the app with my Bluetooth is no longer an option. It quit working in that sense over a year ago... doing 30mph on a mountain bike, going down boulder canyon road(boulder, co), changing tunes, is a pain. I had paid for the original version. Every time I downloaded after that, on to new phones, it was the full version. No ads
I've been using EQ + for years. It has performed flawlessly for the most part. I recently got a Moto G Play 2023 and installed it on the new phone. The problem I'm having is the app doesn't see my 64GB SIM card; only the internal storage. It would be great if the publisher had a fix for that. Update: I purchased a new SanDisk MicroSD card on the off-chance that that was the issue. It didn't help. The app still only sees the internal memory.
March 1st update. The march 1st update ruined how the audio sounds!!!! I'm on Android 10 and whatever was changed needs to be reviewed because the audio playback, now sounds Awful and at a low bitrate. The audio sounds pow quality and this happened IMMEDIATELY after the update. It's not my phone. It's not my OS. It's the new update. I've been using this app since launch and as a long time customer, this needs to be addressed ASAP. thank you.
