Simply the worst app ever. I'm unable to click on jobs; when I click on them they're frozen!, the push notification setting doesn't work. Jobs appear and dissappear in seconds and with the slow android processor there's no way you'll land the job. There's no one to help you with the bug issue. it's a slow period and I've been out of work for 3 days now. What a bummer!!!
Seems like an OK app. I tend to receive a small handful of jobs daily. They tend to range generally from $40-$100. The thing is though, they usually always come in say 30 minutes before the job start time, and I may be that far or farther away, or it's not even worth the pay for the total time of driving there, to the drop off, then back home. I love moving type work, but this doesn't seem to suffice for me.
The app was running smoothly in the summer, but ever since then, I've been kicked out of any bid I've sent to a Helper. Customer support explained the issue but never gave me a solution. I don't see myself working for this platform moving forward. If I do, I'll drop an update. (PS: Don't register if you plan on being a Hands. Also, a majority of big paying jobs +$150 as a Helper require a box truck. The rest are initially $100 or below. Tips aren't guaranteed.)
They flat out why and say that you're going to make 25 to $45 an hour. And I told them to delete my app and my account after only one week of having it. There are not many jobs that are coming in and when they do they go really fast. So unless you stay on the app all day long your chances of getting any work are slim to none. When you do get a job you're basically making $10 an hour or less after your account for travel time time spent the app looking and all the other stuff
