I downloaded this because my 4 year old sister loved stories and I read these to her before bed. I loved how there were many options that were all free. But now I can't read a single one without having to pay for subscription and there is very few options for free books. My sisters favorite books cannot be read now because it keeps asking for money. I liked the app originally, but dislike it now.
**EDIT 4/19 CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS COMPLETELY STOPPED RESPONDING AT THIS POINT. STILL NO REFUND. App completely stopped working (3/15/19) same day subscription renewed for the first time, over a month ago. "Customer service" if you can call it that, is terrible, they don't respond in a timely manner and nothing they suggest works. They had an entire month to resolve issue with no luck. At this point I've cancelled subscription (wasn't working anyway) and feel a full refund is more than fair.
Im from Malaysia and not able to use since day 1 purchase this monkey stories app. Its keep showing technical issue and keep asking me to "continue or exit to avoid interuptions during the course". Hope can resolved soon because the subscription just 1 year and the days is counting. Already paid RM199.
I am very dissapointed with the app keep poping up to subscribe. But I have subscribe this monkey story for lifetime few days ago. It should be work but until now we are not allowed to continue to finish up the story. Keep appearing for us to subscribe. Pls fix it for me.
