Necessary App but Glitchy. I like that I can message multiple doctors' offices and access all my records from one place, but lately I haven't even been able to use the messaging service. When I hit reply, no text box or keyboard pops up, and then eventually I get a flashing blue and black screen, and then the app just dies. I haven't been able to message in a while.
UPDATE: Had to wait 24hrs, then it worked again, thanks. (Past) It's very hard getting in this app, especially with the verification codes. NOW when I try to sign in and get a verification code, a sign pops up that reads "verification code resend attempt reached. Please try after sometime" What is "After some time" exactly? I've been waiting for hours. I've cleared cache and data, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still says the same thing. Any help would be appreciated!
If I could give it less Stars I would. I have four children, and the onboarding of one single child took forever. I've tried now on a couple of occasions to onboard another child, and I can't figure out how to do it and neither can the provider. This has been over multiple phone calls over multiple days, with a whole lot of time spent working at it with zero progress.
App is terrible. info isn't sized to mobile screen, the developer isn't paying to have the design updated for mobile use. if you touch the back arrow at all you are automatically logged out. doesn't let you clear notifications. sends same message multiple times. cannot change settings to remove info you don't need. no idea if the doctor likes using it, but as a patient I hate it.
