This app WAS working fine when it first got installed. about 7 months in it quit connecting to my wifi. I've change WIFI providers twice and I haven't been able to connect my system since then. I have a monitoring system that I haven't been able to access for about 3 years now. When I called to tell them it's not connecting, they want to charge me for the technician to come out and connect. I let it be since it really doesn't matter if I monitor or not. They over promise and under deliver.
Big flaw- Network information is lacking. It doesn't show MAC or IP information. The device shows solid green LED, but the app won't give me the details of connection type, IP, MAC etc, making network security validation impossible. additionally, the app frequently reports a server error, and you have to wait for it to figure that out. it also lacks details of who/what/when/why changes were made... no security log access
the app was reliable in the beginning, now it's stuck in error mode. I disconnected the modem and reconnected it several times got back online same problem. I erased the app and re-downloaded it same problem. I call tech support and they tell me it's working on their end. this may be true but all I get is false readings I've tested this over and over with the dryer and the oven. app is not reliable
My solar system has been up and running for 4 months now. The Enphase Enlighten app is very useful and helpful in keeping track of my system and it's energy production. Update 6/24/26. Over the last 6 weeks or so the live status and 6 hour updates of the energy consumption/production have been wonky. Often doesn't update regularly. I have no Internet so use a cellular modem. My local installer and Enphase have tried to assist and while there are some improvements it's not as good as previously.
