This game started out great but went downhill rapidly. The instructions on how to play the 20 different things you have to do everyday to progress are horrendous or don't exist. The message tool is horrible. You can only enter a very short sentence at a time, and can't see what you're typing. I was in the largest alliance on my server for months & could not get a single answer to a single question I asked, no exaggeration. Zero. The guide is confusing & incomplete. Support is useless.
I played this as an alternative to call of dragons. I was hyped for the claim of being play to win. The combat is not as good, unfortunately. It is still very much pay to win but less so. I think it has potential but ended up just being yet another clone with some slight differences in monetization. Overall COD is more my style. Make a clone of that which is less predatory and I'll play it lol.
Love the game. As a Real Time Strategy (RTS) Enthusiast the game is Amazing! It's very friendly to FREE TO PLAY players. But of course, it is Pay to Win. But not as bad as other games. Besides that, the game is very alliance oriented. It has tons of mechanics and daily objectives. There is always an objective to improve yourself in the game. The game is a bit overwhelming at first. And a little confusing. But, after a couple of days, you get used to it.
I had pre-registered for this, I was super excited for this to come out, when it launched I was very impressed, the story was great, the gameplay was fun, and I liked everything about it. Today I saw an ad for Era of Conquest. And now I will uninstall and never play again. The ad had a guy shooting rolling fruit in a shooter style game. I can't believe this great game would employ FALSE ADVERTIZING . I couldn't be more disappointed. Why ruin something fun with DISHONESTY ???
