i have 1 year membership, most of my games not even listed, and i am not even use this app much, such a waste. just let us able to add our game manually. edit: I do contact support on discord for about 1 month, still they haven't added my game. edit: they done good job on adding a new game in couple days after it released and the server they picked is very fast, with no loss package.
Tried this with multiple apps and found I was getting a lower more stable ping at a factor of about -100ms~ It's very good at what it does and after reading some other reviews it seems that people might not know how to use it properly. You have to search for the game you want to use it with and the server you intend play on so that it can work for you.
I have been paying for your app for the past four months, but I have not been able to benefit from it even for a single day. You continue charging me every month, yet whenever I try to connect to any game, the connection fails. This is extremely disappointing. I have paid for a service that has never worked for me. Your app has been a complete failure, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it to anyone. I request an immediate cancellation of my subscription and a full refund
during trial period the app was very convincing... no lags.. low ping.. so purchased premium... after I got premium, lags, inconsistent connection, and disconnects... i guess trial are made for marketing only.. I was disappointed on this app after I paid for premium... need to try other app
