I raised a ticket and have not received answer. It was about "account (app) suspension" because I didn't remember my password and in order to rewrite one I had to use that ridiculous method of "ownership proof" of the image and phrase "so all the family can help to save the world". Iugh! Eitherway I was mislead thinking this is a USA bank and it ain't, it's Puertorrican (and also many other banks use SWIFT key, thank you).
The app closes as soon as I finish login, I have reported it several times and it still happens Edit: After several mails and updates to the app. I can finally use it. Only have an issue trying to remove the otp from and old phone to use it on a new one, consider the option to let use multiple phones for it.
The app has too many authentication steps (around 4) and it would that bad (either way having too many is ridiculous not even chase or other regular banks has so many)if it wouldn't crashes so often, when it crashes during one of those authentication methods it doesn't let you login back because the app thinks that you are already online
I have been trying to register my mobile bank user for the past 10 days in order to activate the OTP thing, and it doesn't let me. It says the service is unavailable. Please try later. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and it's not working!
