This is a great game! I am addicted! Or, I WAS, until the last update in Nov 2024. The regular updates always add levels, but the latest one did not. The update info says levels were added, but there aren't any new levels. The only way to play, if you've done all the available levels, is to restart the game, losing all your coins and collection cards. I emailed the support address, but haven't received a response. Disappointing.
I loved this game, I played it every day. I paid for ad removal and in-game coins. I reached level 1200, and the game said it had run out of puzzles and to check back. I waited a few days but had no puzzles, so when the game asked if I wanted to restart, I chose yes. It started back at level 1, which was fine. But it DEETED all my coins and in-game boosters!! I reached out to the company asking them to restore the items I paid for, but NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. I want my coins and boosts back!!
Way too many ads! Every play has ads after it - they make you wait to exit out but then every single one takes you to Google Play for a download. Back out of that and get back to the game, it waits five seconds then asks again if you are interested or not, then you have to back out of the ad again. This is supposed to be a relaxing game and the ads make it infuriating. Game would be enjoyable, but there is more time spent on dealing with ads than actual playtime.
I love the game. However, I do not like there being so many ads. I spend as much, if not more time watching ads than I do playing the game. Update....still too many ads....one long ad after EVERY short game. It is frustrating. Let me know when you lenthen the game and cut at least 50% of the ads.
